ZenRoc (www.ZenRoc.Com) was recently established as a holding company for the founding shareholders of The Sports Group which was established in 2002. This was primarily to invest and grow its portfolio beyond the sports businesses already set up.

The Sports Group (TSG) was launched in 2002 in London, with the first project being the World Cricket Academy (WCA - www.WorldCricketAcademy.Com), with the purpose of being an independent international programme welcoming all types of cricketers from professionals to amateurs wanting to experience cricket development in a new culture and environment at some of the best grounds and facilities in the world.

In 2008 the Institute of Sport (IOS - www.InstituteOfSport.Org) was launched in India, this is part of a ten year plan to set up an independent Sports School in the country which would also provide Education on site. The land for this project has already been purchased and the work has begun with a completion target date of the first quarter of 2012. The academic school (WET www.WorldEducationTrust.Org) is now fully functional with over five hundred students of various ages studying at the school.

The Institute Of Sport (IOS) has two arms, an institutional and a individual service arm, with a number of independent businesses with their own delivery mechanisms, which include Families In Training (FIT - www.FamiliesInTraining.Com) which operates as an independent Fitness franchise, as well as various other sports like www.InternationalFootballAcademy.Com and www.WorldSquashAcademy.Com and of course servicing the biggest growing sport in India "cricket" with the www.WorldCricketAcademy.Com.

The Sports Group also launched www.ThePlayersGroup.Org in 2009 which was set up to provide scholarships to aspiring sportsmen and women around the world. This scholarship which would be made available through the recently launched www.WorldSportsTrust.Com we believe would enable the family, and the individual sportsman or women, to stay focused on developing his or her skill without the day to day worry about commercial remuneration. Emerging Players has signed over a hundred youngsters on its books, and manages their careers from a very early stage as well as guides them through the various bumps in their career towards success at the highest levels of their chosen sport.

In the Non Sports related business areas ZenRoc and its partners have as mentioned above launched an academic school under the www.WorldEducationTrust.Org.

Education, Sports, Primary Health Care and Entertainment targeted at the rural community through Innovating Markets (IM) www.InnovatingMarkets.Com will lead the way by focusing on innovating new commercially viable business models for the local community, this will remain the main focus for the group over the next ten years.
